EARLY ACCESS
One deck for the work your tools leave behind
Command your work from one calm cockpit.
Connect your tools, bring your own agent. Everything arrives sorted, the next move staged for approval, nothing sent without you.
SCROLL TO POWER ON
Acquisitions / projected vs a 2,600 plan

Search is at its plan. Awareness is inside it.Prospecting is 8% over. Search is at plan.
STAGED FOR APPROVAL
Move $11,000 from Prospecting, 8% over plan at a $71 acquisition cost, into Search, which is at its plan and out of budget at $34.
WHY Search is capped, losing 51% of its impressions to it. GIVES UP 155 acquisitions from Prospecting at $71. RETURNS 231 to 324 from Search at $34, cost rising with volume. NET 93% to 99% of plan, $44 to $41, spend unchanged. No upper-funnel carryover assumed.
CONNECTED ONCE
Everything you already talk in
Connectors are not the paid part. Mail, chat, meetings, calendar and files: you authorize each one once, and the cockpit reads what you allowed and nothing else.
Read-only first, the narrowest scope that does the job, and your credentials are never held by us. All of it free - the floor the cockpit stands on, rather than the thing it sells.
- Gmail is in build and lands through early access. Threads, and who is still waiting on a reply IN BUILD
- Outlook is on the manifest: named, and not started. The same inbox, on Microsoft 365 ON THE MANIFEST
CHAT
- Slack is live today, reading your workspace in early access. The channels and DMs you grant LIVE
- Microsoft Teams is on the manifest: named, and not started. Channels, chats, and the talk around a meeting ON THE MANIFEST
MEETINGS
- Zoom is on the manifest: named, and not started. What was decided, and who took it ON THE MANIFEST
- Gong is on the manifest: named, and not started. Call outcomes, and what was committed to ON THE MANIFEST
- Fireflies is on the manifest: named, and not started. Notes and actions off the calls you record ON THE MANIFEST
CALENDAR AND FILES
- Google Calendar is in build and lands through early access. What is booked, and what it collides with IN BUILD
- Google Drive is in build and lands through early access. The document a thread is actually about IN BUILD
Slack is live today. Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive are in build and land through early access. The rest have not been started; they are named here because they are what the cockpit is for. How fast that list moves is a matter of record: every change is dated in the changelog.
ONE WORKDAY
It works the shift you are not watching
What arrives lands in your projects, not on your back. The cockpit reads all morning and says nothing, because nothing it read needed you. Every item it handled quietly is in the ledger with the reason, so quiet is something you can check rather than something you have to trust.

YOU APPROVE
Nothing moves without you
The one move in that day is the whole product. When a move is worth making, it is staged with its reasons. You approve it, or nothing happens. Every action is recorded.
STAGED MOVE STAGED
The reply to the Thursday reschedule thread is drafted from the meeting notes.
- Approve - it sends
- Skip - nothing moves
- Every action recorded
The depicted panel upstairs stages one. Back to the deck
YOUR AGENT
Bring the agent you already trust
The cockpit is the harness, not the agent. It is where an agent is pointed at real work, given the narrowest reach that does the job, and stopped at the gate before anything leaves. Managing one should be this dull.
YOU BRING
- The agent you already trust BEHIND A SECURITY REVIEW Today that means its model key, encrypted per organization and never logged.
- Or none at all A read-only advisor comes with the cockpit.
- The tools it may touch Chosen per connector, read-only first.
THE COCKPIT HOLDS ALL FOUR LIVE TODAY
- The approve gate Nothing side-effectful runs until you press it.
- The injection filter Outside content can never become a command.
- The audit trail Every action recorded: actor, inputs, result.
- The kill switch Cut a connection and what it read is purged.
WHERE IT LIVES
Your data stays on one continent
Residency is worth nothing stated for one leg of a journey. This is the whole path your work takes through FlowPilots, and every leg of it is in the EU.
YOUR ACCOUNTS AND MESSAGES EU Frankfurt
THE MODEL THAT READS THEM EU by default
PRODUCT ANALYTICS EU Frankfurt
Your data never trains any model, ours or anyone else's. Disconnect a tool and what it read is purged. And the promise is scoped on purpose: it covers your accounts, your messages, and the model that reads them. That is the path above. We make this promise about your work, and we do not stretch it to cover anything else we run.
PRODUCT LAW
Four rules we build against
- APPROVE-GATED Nothing runs until you approve it.
- READ-ONLY FIRST The narrowest scope that works.
- NO MODEL TRAINING Your data never trains any model.
- ONE-CLICK PURGE Disconnect and it is gone.
THE FIRST WING
MarketingWing is the first expertise
Everything above is the cockpit, and it is free. A Wing is a domain lens over what the cockpit already reads, plus the ad accounts you connect - subscribed when you want it, never needed to make the cockpit work. Marketing is the first one because it is the domain this was built out of.
CHECKS PASSING
42/50 observable
214 pages crawled
2 not observable, named
- Duplicate purchase event on /checkout DOUBLE-FIRE
STAGED MOVE
The checkout page fires the purchase event twice. A fix note for your developer is drafted and staged for your approval.
SCANFLOW ABOVE + THE OTHER FIVE FLOWS DEPICTED
ECOSYSTEM
The judgement is the product
Every tool you use is adding its own assistant, and each one can only see its own tool. Your mail assistant does not know what was agreed on the call. The work that needs judgement is the work that crosses them.
That is what the cockpit is for. The guardrails are why it is safe to let it act.
I built this as an operator, not a lab: a career running client marketing - analytics forensics, budget pacing, mix models, a dozen accounts kept straight at once. I have lived the dread this fixes.
